Current safeguards
Semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard operation, visible focus, text alternatives, status announcements, reduced-motion support, reflow checks, and accessible form labels are part of the tested baseline.
Accessible product commitment
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA across public and authenticated experiences. Automated checks support this work, but they do not replace testing with assistive technology or people with disabilities, and independent conformance review remains a release gate.
Semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard operation, visible focus, text alternatives, status announcements, reduced-motion support, reflow checks, and accessible form labels are part of the tested baseline.
Independent NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, speech-input, forced-colors, cognitive-load, 200%/400% zoom, and actual-device review are not complete. Some complex tables and early-stage administrative screens may require additional remediation.
Email admin@ironhand.org or use the Accessibility assistance category on the contact page. Describe the page, task, assistive technology, browser, and preferred response method without including confidential grant evidence.
We target acknowledgement within three U.S. business days and will provide an accessible alternative or progress update when an immediate correction is not possible. Formal complaints and independent accessibility acceptance remain tracked release gates.
